Mark is the lawn care vendor for out condo association. Mark has been with us for 3 plus years. Mark and his team take great care of the lawn service for our condo association. He has also done small carpentry jobs such as fencing, gutters, soffits and other carpentry work. He also does our snow removal and does an excellent job. Mark is easy to get a hold of and never shy's away from those assignments we association present to him. He is very easy to work with and presents alternatives to our association needs, I highly recommend his services. I have lived here for 39 years this September and on the condo board for 32 years. Mark's Mowing and Landscaping is by far our best vendor for lawncare services since the creation of our association.

The work performed is checked by the owner himself and for large projects Mark is on site. Mowing, Edging, Tree and Shrub maintenance are all part of an affordable package. If needed, Aeration and Seeding are yearly service options too.
